How do I book a picnic experience?
Fill out the booking form with your chosen location.
A member of our team will contact you directly to confirm the date availability.
Make the payment ($100 plus $50 damage deposit) via EFT in order to secure the date.
Where can we do our picnic?
Please choose among four preset locations in one of the Cranberry Cove parks - Ben Machree Park, Godfrey's Lane Parkette or Brueckner Rhododendron Gardens.
By the Willow: Private and Serene
City Skyline : Spectacular views
Amongst Angels : Angelic and Secluded
The Gardens : Lush romance
How long is the picnic for?
2 hours from the schedule start time.
What is included?
LoveBirds Picnics caters to TWO GUESTS for TWO HOURS.

Is food included?
No.
LoveBirds Picnics offers the set up, the location, the experience. We also want to keep you hydrated and graciously offer a 1L water bottle with your experience.
You are welcome to bring your own food or have your meal delivered to you via a food delivery service, such as UberEats or SkipTheDishes.
What days/times can our picnic take place?
Picnics can take place any of the seven days of the week, between the hours of 8AM until 9PM.
Please note the duration of a picnic is 2 hours from the scheduled start time..
How much is it?
$100. Simple. Affordable.
We also collect a refundable $50 damage deposit. It will be transfered back to you within two hours after the picnic ends if there is no damage. This is how we can offer an AFFORDABLE picnic experience.
Full payment is due at time of booking to secure your date & time.
What if it rains?
If rain is in the forecast, we will happily re-schedule a new date within one year of the original scheduled picnic. Re-scheduling has to be done at least 24 hours prior to the start of your picnic.
Unfortunately there is no possible refund if it starts raining while you're having your picnic.
How do I cancel?
In order to provide such a unique service, our cancelation policy is as follows:
If your plans change and you simply wish to re-schedule your picnic, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of your picnic. The new date has to be within one year of the original scheduled picnic.
Full refund: cancelation made at least a week prior to the picnic.
50% refund: cancelation made more than 24 hours prior to the picnic.
No refund: cancelation made less than 24 hours prior to the picnic.
Unfortunately there is no possible refund if it starts raining while you're having your picnic.
No show: if no one is present on site 30 minutes past the start of the picnic, the booking will be canceled without refund.
Are washrooms available?
There is a public washroom close to "By the Willow" and "The Gardens" locations.
Unfortunately, there are no public washrooms in the proximity of "City Skyline" and "Between Angels" locations. Please plan accordingly.
Can we have more than two guests?
Simple. At the moment, LoveBirds Picnics caters to only two guest at a time.
No additional guests are permitted.
